Rules

  • Club Dues will be collected at the 1st tournament of the season for operating costs for the following year. (i.e. Permits)  Dues can also be collected before any teams first tournament.

  • No 'Jackpotting". Any team found just coming to fish 1 tournament to win the money will not be allowed to fish.

  • No Cheating. Anyone caught cheating will be beheaded and fed to the coyotes.

  • Any complaint or protest must be made known to one of the Directors prior to money dispersement.  The Directors decision shall be final.

  • Limit of 5 fish, measuring in accordance with all State regulations. If there is no set size limit, a minimum of 12 inches shall apply.

  • All fish MUST be brought to the scales in a bag with adequate water.  No exceptions.

  • Life Jackets must be worn on "Blast-off" and returning to the ramp at weigh-in. 

  • No alcohol shall be consumed before or during tournament hours.

  • There is 2 dead fish allowed per team.  1st dead fish is without penalty.   2nd dead fish results in 1 pound penalty.  3rd dead fish is not allowed.
    A DEAD FISH WILL BE ALLOWED FOR BIG FISH

  • Any short fish brought to the scale will result in the loss of the short fish, plus the teams largest fish.

  • Any team that is arriving late to the tournament must notify one of the Directors in order to be eligible to weigh fish that tournament.

  • A team that is five (5) or more minutes late will be disqualified for that tournament, but will be awarded their "show up" points.

  • A team that is late between one (1) and four (4) minutes will be penalized with a one pound deduction per minute late. 5 Minutes late will result in a DQ.

  • We will be dropping the lowest tournament for the AOY points.  If you miss 1 Tournament, that wil be your drop.  If you make all the tournaments, you will drop your one with the lowest points 

  • In order to be eligible for the "Classic" tournament, a team must compete in six (6) of the eight (8) "regular season" events.

  • Each team is allowed to use an alternate for two tournaments during the "regular season". Alternates must be approved by the directors prior to the start of the tournament. 

  • NO ALTERNATES ARE ALLOWED TO FISH THE "Classic."

  • The Angler Team of the Year will be awarded with trophies. If case of a tie for first place, the Angler Team of the Year will be determined based upon cumulative total weight for the regular season.

  • Angler of the Year will fish the classic for free!

  • All teams and alternates are required to sign the club's liability waiver prior to fishing their first tournament.

  • THE DIRECTORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY WHILE FISHING A CLUB TOURNAMENT
